Transponder timing is a technique for measuring performance in sport events. A transponder working on a radio-frequency identification (RFID) basis is attached to the athlete and emits a unique code that is detected by radio receivers located at the strategic points in an event.

On February 2009 just a few days bedfore Le Tour De Langkawi started, The Race Boy sponsored the Timing Services for the Shah Alam Criterium Event in Shah Alam, Selangor. There were 200 riders particiapted in the open category and some of the National Teams were also in the race. The route was about 12KM loop and the riders needed to complete a total of 24 laps. The race started around 3pm and ended at 5pm. The Race Boy would like to congratulate to all the winners and good luck to the teams which will be competing in the tour.
